深汕特别合作区近年来全力开展基础设施建设，生态优越，筑生态之基，建优美之城，提升人居环境的同时改善投资环境，可为‘筑巢’过程；力争打造成为深圳重大产业项目承载地、新引进重大项目目的地和区域高质量发展孵化器、驱动器，力求‘引凤’来栖。作品通过景观化的‘鸟巢’和‘梧桐’等景观构筑物，表达了“栽好梧桐树，引得凤来栖”的美好寓意。深汕特别合作区筑巢引凤，共筑绿美大湾区。

Building Nest to Attract Phoenix

　　In recent years, the Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone has made significant efforts in infrastructure construction, focusing on creating an excellent ecological environment to lay the foundation and build a beautiful city. By enhancing the quality of living environment and improving investment conditions, it aims to facilitate the process of "building nests." The goal is to establish itself as a key destination for major industrial projects in Shenzhen, attract new significant projects, serve as a hub for high-quality regional development, and act as a catalyst for growth, striving to attract opportunities. Through landscape features like the 'bird's nest' and 'Wutong tree' (a legendary tree that attracts the phoenix to inhabit) this project symbolizes the aspiration of "planting Wutong trees to attract phoenixes," conveying a profound and optimistic message. The Special Cooperation Zone aims to attract opportunities and foster sustainable development, contributing to the creation of a green and beautiful Greater Bay Area.
