“笔歌墨舞声明月”位于笔架山体育公园的南二门方向，处于主干道交界处，王河院士以岭南园林意境，将现场路灯等杂乱不利因素融合转化为有利素材，让装置暗喻公园主题。“笔架山下清翠绿，大师园里显乾坤”，作为园区的前端，捕捉湾区岭南山水人文特点，成为整体园区园林的媒介，对前来的观众述说岭南新语，将装置空间纵化， 让游园者感受到独属自己的笔歌墨舞，与大师园的乾坤产生共鸣，体验中国造园文化，寻人文传承印记。

　　Pen's Melody, Ink's Dance, Moon of Declaration

　　Located in the south of the Bijiashan Sports Park, "Pen's Melody, Ink's Dance, Moon of Declaration" sits at the intersection of the main road. , where academician Wanghe ingeniously infuses chaotic elements such as street lamps into the installation, drawing inspiration from the Lingnan garden aesthetic to metaphorically convey the park's theme. The front end of the park, where the pen stand is green and clear and the Master Garden is magnificent, captures the essence of Lingnan landscapes and culture in the Greater Bay Area, serving as a medium for the overall park landscaping to narrate the new Lingnan story to visitors. By transforming the spatial dynamics of the installation, visitors can immerse themselves in their unique experience of "Pen's Melody, Ink's Dance," resonating with the grandeur of the master garden and exploring the essence of Chinese gardening culture to discover the imprints of cultural heritage.
